Internal audit of the quality management system (QMS), held in JSC «Vodokanal» (Rostov-on-Don), was covered by 124 business units and officials. The test showed a high level of documentation in units of Rostov Vodokanal that helps achieve the goals of quality in the interests of consumers of the enterprise.
Audit conducted 26 water utility employees, specially trained for the course «Internal audit of the QMS». The audit team leader noted the high level of quality management system in the areas of technological production enterprise «Vodoprovod», «Sever», «Zapad» and «Vostok», «Center»; in the administration and the public reception, production and technical management in the Central Laboratory of plumbing and laboratory chemical and bacteriological and process control at water pumping stations second lift number 2, 3, 4, in Bataisk division and other divisions.
The quality management system of «Vodokanal» corresponds to the international standard ISO 9001:2008 for the provision of water supply and sanitation.
